Saitown "Vietnamese Eatery"

From the streets of our hometown

"We're all just a kid from somewhere"

We grew up on the crowded, noisy and narrow streets of Saigon, where foods are much more than just sustenance. Our childhoods are made up of the sight, the smell and the taste of delicious goodness. From the savory "pho" vendor in the corner next to my house, to the "banh mi" cart on our way to school, street foods are imprinted in our hearts and souls. It's been a long journey, but we could never forget where we came from. We don't just offer you food, we want you to experience a part of Saigon.

Located on the "Ave", in the heart of the University District of Seattle, Saitown offers a refreshing take on Vietnamese street foods, which combine contemporary food presentation, photography and industrial interior design. We strongly believed in the value of "Attention to Details". Our foods, our attitudes and our creativity are what separate us from the rest. We are looking to introduce our customers to the Saigon street culture, which is basically who we are. To us, this is only the beginning...

If you've been to Saigon, you'll understand how the street culture in our hometown shaped our mindsets. We're not fancy. We're easy to get along, and we loved the chill vibes. To us, there's no better feeling than hanging out with our friends, sipping on our coffee and eating some street foods on the sidewalks. You probably won't be able to eat on the sidewalks here in Saitown, but at least you'll get to enjoy good foods and have a good time. That's what we're all about.
